I would highly recommend the Insomnia spray to anyone who is having trouble sleeping. I've never been one to have an issue falling asleep, and the change in sleep pattern has been frustrating. I use the AngelCare Hay Fever spray often as I work on a farm with plenty of hay and animals around to spark an attack.
